Lorenc Konaj
Trip Leader/Mountain Guide/Project Manager

Having jumped into the outdoors at the age of seven - and never gotten out of it :) I became more than passionate and fell in love with the natural environment and pristine wilderness in what was then know as Yugoslavia. I soon discovered my other joy in life, that of sharing the beauty of the region, with all those, visiting this little corner of the globe. A place so fortunate and rich in culture, history and gorgeous nature. I am a certified Mountain Guide and Ranger for the BiH Mountain Association and a member of a Mountain Rescue Team. When not leading trips I am also responsible for the development of new outdoor adventure itineraries and training of tour leaders and mountain guides for both Green Visions and our partners. My other interests are transcendental meditation, nutrition and the environment. I received my degree from the Maharishi European Research University, Switzerland in the Science of Creative Intelligence.

Very interested in any conversation related with local and international culture, history, politics. Through the wartime stories, ''before and after war'' stories, through personal and examples of other locals I always try to give 100% authentic representation of our culture (the one you can't find in tour guide books).

Alen Causevic
Mountain Guide

I was born and raised in Sarajevo, where I have lived until the end of 94, when I left to Croatia due to the war and six months later had gone to the USA. For over ten years, I have lived mostly in the northeastern region of the States, and there I attended Clark University, majoring in Business and Economics. Afterwards, worked a few office jobs, until I came to home to Bosnia and Herzegovina, where I have been working mostly outdoors. In the wintertime as a snowboarding instructor, and in the summer as a Green Vision guide, so I enjoy the fact my office space expanded considerably :). I always loved different sport, but soccer is the one I have played the most competitively. I have been skiing since very young age and snowboarding for over 12 years, hiking in the summer or winter at my early teens until this day. Since the age of five, I used a bicycle as a way of transportation and trill seeking. Thanks to my parents, I have developed love and fascination for natural world. In nature, my senses become sharper and I feel balance, serenity, fulfillment, and inspiration. Perhaps, calling it the Mother Nature is more appropriate.
